<p><span id="more-316"></span>1.  Neroli oil, or &#8220;orange blossom,&#8221; is one of the most expensive essential  oils on the market. It takes 1,000 lbs. of orange blossoms to make one  pound of Neroli oil. This semi-precious oil is used to ease anxiety,  depression, insomnia, and given its wonderful aroma, it can be  considered an aphrodisiac.</p>
<p>2. Captain James Cook first mentioned  tea tree oil in 1772 during his voyage to Botany Bay, Australia. He and  his crew made a tea from the leaves to prevent scurvy. Tea tree oil&#8217;s  healing properties are abundant. Not only is it a natural immune  booster, but it also fights all three kinds of infection. It works to  heal skin conditions, burns and cuts, and also works as an insecticide.  In addition, it helps to soothe and treat cold sores, respiratory  conditions, muscle aches, the flu, Athlete&#8217;s foot and dandruff. Its uses  are vast and its healing power is quick.</p>

In positive thinking, you can not fake it because  there is no one to pretend to. If somebody merely believes that you are a  positive thinker, how can that benefit you? The most important of the  ten rules of the power of positive thinking is that you yourself should  believe it.</p>
<p><strong>2. Be objective</strong> &#8211; This is very important in the ten  rules for the power of positive thinking. Many people tend to see their  lives for their failures and thus, they lose all hope of ever attaining  in their goal. Some other people, filled with false pride,  tend to  magnify their success and they make all the wrong decisions.</p>

Give a massage to yourself. Loosen tight muscle is said can relieves  stress. Among the massage you can do is to massage the palm of your  hand with the thumb of another hand. Do it in the circle. <p><span id="more-310"></span>1. If you want to throw away acne fast, drink stacks of fresh juices  like, orange, pine apple, guava, apple, pear, cucumber, lemon, and  pomegranate, etc.</p>
<p>2. Eat ample carbohydrates and protein while  acne turmoil. The most advantageous nutrients include: whey, fish,  chicken, beef, mutton, butter, seeds, beans, cottage cheese, honey,  milk, eggs, fruits, and vegetables, etc. But keep in mind not to have  plenty of carbohydrates and protein intakes during acne syndrome.</p>
<p>3. Eat heaps of salads such as, onion, cucumber, carrot, green leafs, tomatoes, and a bit garlic, etc. while acne infection.</p>
<p>4.  Do perform aerobics such as: 30 minutes brisk walking, jogging,  running, swimming, bodybuilding, football, volleyball, yoga, basketball,  dancing, rugby, and stretching, etc. during acne disorder.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Admit to yourself that alcohol is a huge problem for you and that  you want to quit drinking. If you are truly alcoholic, you will never be  able to drink like other people and you must come to the realization  that you simply cannot drink. Period!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. You can&#8217;t quit for anyone else but yourself. No amount of pressure  from family, friends, or law enforcement will have any lasting effect if  you don&#8217;t stay sober for yourself and nobody else.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. You must change your playmates and playgrounds. Hang out with  people who aren&#8217;t going to influence your old destructive behaviors.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. A belief in a higher power is essential for most true alcoholics.  It doesn&#8217;t matter if you are atheist or agnostic. You can choose your  own conception of this higher power.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now, that being said, this is really all you need to stop  drinking alcohol. Is it easy? Heck no, it can be extremely difficult  although the concepts are pretty simple. The key is your willingness to  take immediate action because you are sick and tired of being sick and  tired. Do you want to continue to live like this?</p>

<p><strong>1. First thing should be keeping your skin clean</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Rather than using soaps  on the face, its better to use mild face wash according to use skin type  as oily for oily skin, dry for dry and combination for the combination  one. One can use our home remedies for a beautiful, healthy and glowing  skin. One can use rose water, lemon juice, and fruit juices to clean and  wipe the skin with. It will give a refreshing look to one&#8217;s skin. If  the skin is dry than one can use a pinch of milk cream and a drop of  lemon juice on it, mixed and rubbed on the skin and then washed. Which  is very good to clean the skin.</p>

Which can  be substituted with fruit juices too.</p>
<p><strong>3. Always apply sunscreen  lotion on the skin </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">One should never go in the sun without applying a  sunscreen lotion, which protects the skin from harmful UV rays. Which  are known to give even skin cancer. It damages the skin and makes it  tan, give blemishes, burn mask and pigmentation, which can never get  healed 100%. So it&#8217;s better to apply the right sunscreen lotion on the  skin to save the skin from early aging.</p>
<p><strong>4. should avoid all  unhealthy food </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Even caffeine drinks are harmful for the skin. Too much  consumption of tea, coffee, saturated drinks damage the skin. Smoking  too is a very important factor to harm the skin. It makes the skin dry,  makes it look dull and gives puffiness on the face. Drinking alcohol too  isn&#8217;t good for the skin. So if one can&#8217;t stops consuming all these  things completely, one can at least have them in moderation to help the  skin stay young and healthy.</p>
<p><strong>5. Judge the skin  type in the morning</strong></p>
<p>As in the morning without washing the face one  should wipe the face with a tissue paper, if there is lots of oil on the  nose sides and chin then the skin is t-zone, if there is oil all over  the face then the skin is oily, if its somewhere dry and somewhere oily  then it&#8217;s combination skin, and if there is no oil n stickiness on the  skin, the skin is dry and you are lucky if the skin is just perfect  neither there is oil nor dryness.</p>

Protecting the miracle of life growing inside is of utmost importance.  The unborn child is at the mercy of the mother and environment around  him. Unfortunately some women fall prey to drug abuse. This poses  serious risks not only to the mother herself, but to her unborn child.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-286"></span>The  use of drugs during pregnancy has an effect on the baby because the  medications and drugs travel through her bloodstream and pass through  the placental barrier. These drugs have side effects that include birth  defects, prematurity, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), damage to the  neurological system, low birth weight and other developmental  disabilities following birth.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Not only do the drugs have a  negative effect on child but mothers who abuse their body using drugs  often run the risk of poor nutrition which not only starves her body of  necessary nutrition but it also starves her unborn child of nutrients as  well.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Drugs can affect the mother by bringing about health  conditions such as tachycardia and high blood pressure. Tachycardia is a  heart condition where the heart beats too quickly to be effective in  pumping oxygen filled blood around the body. The combination of  tachycardia and high blood pressure can affect the health of the  motherís kidneys and the developing child.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Drug abuse can include  alcohol abuse that leads to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) in the child.  This is a combination of developmental delays and physical disabilities  that are permanent and have no cure. These disabilities include mental  retardation, behavioral and emotional difficulties and other  neurological deficits. There are treatments but they require many years  of patience and therapy. The child is affected for the rest of his life.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Smoking,  and nicotine, is another drug that is commonly abused during pregnancy.  Each cigarette contains over 40 different chemicals that have known  carcinogenic properties. In other words, they cause cancer. When a  mother smokes during pregnancy she passes those chemicals along to her  unborn child.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Smoking during pregnancy also increases the risk of a  premature or still birth and will rob the unborn child of his  nourishment.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Mothers who abuse drugs during pregnancy also risk  the unborn baby born addicted to the same drug. The symptoms exhibited  in an addicted baby are difficulty feeding, sleeplessness, tremors,  irritability and muscles spasms. These are all symptoms of withdrawal  from the drug.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">These symptoms are different for each of the  different drugs that can be abused. Women who use IV drugs also run the  risk of contracting HIV which can be passed to the unborn child.</p>
